| One day I got tired of the awful user interface of WinPlay3 and all shuffle
programs available couldn't handle my directory structure, so I decided to code one
myself. And after a while, my friends liked it so much I decided to release it to the
public. To this date, over 28000 persons have downloaded the program!!!

| Current version is 3.20 (~2500kb) and was added Mars 26, 1997. There are no mini version but version 3.14(~1900kb) is still available. If you got problem installing the program (something about the volume.ocx), try download this mfc42.zip file, and unzip the file to \windows\system and reinstall Mp3PlayListMaker. Someone might solve the problem by copying this msvcrt.zip file to the \windows\system dir and reinstall Mp3PlayListMaker. Note that this version of this file is needed. | |
| If you want to
remove the
changes in the
registry that
Mp3PlayListMaker
has done,
download the
Cleanreg Program
(~3kb). It will
remove only
remove those
additions made by
Mp3PlayListMaker,
nothing else. (Use
on your own risk!). Use this program if you get a RuntimeError6. | |
Important: IMPORTANT: MP3PlayListMaker does not play the songs itself; instead it uses WinPlay3.exe to play the songs. So WinPlay3 is needed. This is a Win95 (& Win NT4) only program. (Using Win NT4, there are still some problems with NT4, but i will try to fix them). Recommended screen resolution is at least 800x600, Installation: When the program is downloaded, unpack the file with pkunzip mp3maker.zip and start the setup program by running SETUP.EXE. When the program is installed, there is a shortcut in the StartMenu to Mp3PlayListMaker. If you have downloaded the mini version you have to manually copy the exe file to where the old version are installed to. | |
